• Took over and managed the family business at the age of 18
• Implemented a software system with an integrated rental booking system, CRM, maintenance management and accounting system for streamlined operations and an approximate 40% reduction in time taken to complete tasks within respective departments
• Introduced a ticketing system for emails and phone calls to streamline customer service and accountability
• Implemented new marketing campaigns including but not limited to SEO, PPC, Social Media, FM Radio and Television Networks increasing overall fleet utilization from 70% to 97%
• Increased fleet size from under 100 cars to just over 600 cars by the end of my tenure
• Created and maintained a live data prediction and visualization model using python which accurately predicted expected growth, funds on hand, expenses and other metrics on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis for the next 10 years using live data fed from our rental booking system, CRM, maintenance, management and accounting system
• Prepped the company for a profitable sale and exited the industry in 2016
